I provide a free 45 minute consultation, so as we can have a chance to meet up, and you can consider if I am the right therapist for you. You will find me professional, welcoming, relaxed, down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Having met up, there is absolutely no obligation and you will never feel pressured into making an immediate decision with regard therapy.
During the consultation, I can answer any questions that you may have and I can understand more about the matter that you are seeking help with. I will then be able to give you an entirely honest assessment of if I can help you, and the results that you can realistically expect.
